We are seeking a high-performing **Executive Assistant** to join our **Ryzuk** team
**Ryzuk Geotechnical **is an experienced, medium-sized organization, with a head office located in Victoria, BC. As an **Executive Assistant** at Ryzuk Geotechnical, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the business development including a wide range of tasks while providing comprehensive support to our Executive Leadership Team (ELT). You will report directly to the President, while also assisting our Finance Manager, HR Manager, Technical Manager, Operations Manager, and Vice President.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, communications, or a similar field
- Ten years or more of relevant experience with three to five years prior experience in supporting senior executives or leadership team
- Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); familiarity with Sales Force, Foxit (Adobe) and related software are an asset
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- A valid Driver’s License
You will be working with a team of 60 amazing co-workers and some of the **best geotechnical engineers** in British Columbia
**Some tasks you may be involved in**:
- Coordinate meetings and logistics for the ELT
- Record and distribute meeting minutes for ELT sessions
- Conduct research and analysis, providing comprehensive reports
- Present findings and recommendations to Executives
- Manage special projects, including Lease and Shareholders Agreements
- Organize professional insurance renewals and Annual General Meetings
- Assist in office relocations and satellite office support
- Utilize HRIS for data input, employee metric review, and reporting to the HR Manager
