Back Store Coordinator

**Part-time OR Full-time opening: Qualified person will handle the receiving of product and supplies in backroom and in store. Offering schedule flexibility depending on inbound shipment and a dynamic working environment.**
- Receive shipments, check and verify shipping invoice with arrival of product;
- Check for damages and sort stock for distribution, pickup, or display;
- Ensure that shipments are inspected, sorted, labelled and/or priced and stored accordingly;
- Monitor stock levels of showroom and restock as needed;
- Anticipate the arrival of showroom product and plan installation of new pieces in a timely manner;
- Continually monitor showroom appearance and plan rotation of stock;
- Be aware of all outgoing deliveries;
**Skills and Competencies**
- Have strong communication and organizational skills;
- Well-organized, able to multi-task and attentive to detail;
- Follow directives and able to work independently when necessary;
- Maintain an organized work environment on the showroom and in designated storage and work areas;
- Mid to heavy lifting required, bending and light housekeeping;
- Responsible for shipping dock organization and cleanliness, including weekly recycling and trash pickup preparation;
- Comfortable with installing large scale art and mirrors.

**La personne qualifiée sera responsable de la réception des produits en arrière-boutique et en magasin. Nous offrons un environment dynamique et flexibilité d'horaire selon les besoins hebdomadaire.**
- Recevoir les expéditions, vérifier la facture contre produit reçu;
- Vérifier, lors de réception, pour produit endommagés et trier le stock pour la distribution, le ramassage ou placement en magasin;
- Inspection, organisation des expéditions reçus;
- Surveillance de niveau de stock de la salle d'exposition et réapprovisionner au besoin;
- Anticiper l'arrivée du produit en salle d'exposition et planifier l'installation des nouvelles pièces;
- Surveiller en permanence l'apparence de la salle d'exposition et planifier la rotation des stocks;
- Travailler étroitement avec les ventes afin d'être au courant de toutes livraisons;
**Aptitudes et compétences**:

- Posséder de solides compétences en communication et en organisation;
- Bien organisé, capable d'effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois, attentif aux détails;
- Suivre les directives et être capable de travailler de façon autonome lorsque nécessaire;
- Levage moyen à lourd requis, entretien ménager léger;
- Responsable de l'organisation et de la propreté des quais d'expédition, y compris le recyclage hebdomadaire et la préparation de la collecte des déchets;
- À l'aise avec l'installation d'œuvres d'art et de miroirs à grande échelle.
