We have unique opportunity to join our **Penn. Penningtons** brand Marketing team as our **Coordinator, Visual Presentation.**

Our Marketing teams are obsessed with propelling our Brands into the future, understanding the customers’ journey, behavior and building the next story;

**The Role**:
Reporting to the **Manager, Visual Presentation **for the** Penn. Pennington Brand**, the **Coordinator, Visual Presentation** provides support to the Visual Presentation team for all the different elements involved implementation of an exceptional instore customer experience.
- Maintain accurate inventory reports for the Visual Presentation team;
- Receive and process special requests from Store Operations, Management and Head Office departments;
- Follow up with store operations on all items related to store closing, relocation of Visual materials, store openings and store renovations;
- Assist in the creativity, development, coordination and roll out of all POP, props, and other visual merchandising initiatives;
- Coordinate communication, and follow up with suppliers;
- Coordinate all requisitions, purchase orders and invoicing.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**
- DEC in Fashion marketing, Interior Design or related field of study;
- 2 + years’ experience in an office environment;
- Knowledge of MSOffice and Adobe Suite.
