**WHAT IS THE ROLE ?**
Reporting to the team Lead, the Retail Marketing Production Coordinator plays a crucial role in bringing the Psycho Bunny brand to life in meaningful and engaging ways at our Psycho Bunny stores and outlets. Responsible for the production and distribution of all organic and digital marketing assets across the store network, the incumbent will be essential in delivering a high-quality and consistent brand experience at the store level. Owning the production of store marketing assets in collaboration with both internal and external partners, this role works closely with regional and district managers in Store Operations to ensure timely and brand-appropriate execution.
**HOW WILL YOU DO IT?**
***Store Asset and Promotion Coordination**:
- Collaborate on creative briefs for both organic and digital store marketing assets.
- Coordinate the allocation and distribution of store marketing assets, including promotional materials and display fixtures to support store marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate production, shipping and tracking of store assets for smooth launches, ensuring that all assets are delivered by stores prior to the campaign launches.
- Collaborate on business initiatives to improve daily operations and productivity as it relates to production processes, standardization, and asset flow efficiency.
- Take ownership of the Store Marketing Requests Sheet and follow up with District Managers daily.
**Campaign Coordination**:
- Foster internal relationships with the creative, visual merchandising, and store operations teams to facilitate seamless campaign and promotional launches, including appropriate selection of images according to the store location.
- Cultivate external relationships with our different vendors while also taking the initiative to compare prices and materials with potential vendors.
- Explore new Store Assets ideas in your own time and present them to the Marketing leads for increased efficiency.
**Miscellaneous Tasks**:
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring easy accessibility and retrieval of information as needed.
- Maintains budget oversight by updating daily the marketing budget tracker, including keeping accurate records of all vendors invoices as they come in.
**WHO YOU ARE ?**
**Your achievements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing (or equivalent professional experience).
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Experience in retail is an asset.
**Your contribution**
- Project management experience.
- Experience using Google Workspace - specifically Sheets/Excel spreadsheets.
- Strong communication / collaboration skills.
- Proven proactivity and problem solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Verbal and written efficiency in French & English is required.
