This position provides an exciting opportunity for individuals are dedicated to exceptional customer service while promoting environmental stewardship. Key responsibilities include:
**Support Account Managers**: Assist Account Managers with customer service tasks.

**Generate Documentation**: Create customer quotes, work orders, and pre-invoicing sales reports using the Material Tracking System (MTS) and Microsoft Excel, ensuring accuracy and detail.

**Waste Management**: Generate and provide waste reports to customers, assist in managing Producer Responsibility Programs, and maintain customer profiles in MTS.

**Compliance**: Utilize Ontario’s Hazardous Waste Digital Reporting Service to generate electronic waste manifests. Work with Account Managers and Hazardous Waste Manager to ensure correct waste classification and hazardous and non-hazardous waste profiles are maintained.

**Customer Coordination**: Coordinate with scheduling to ensure timely service delivery, follow-up with customers, and confirm pick-up details.

**Project Coordination**: Collaborate with Account Managers, operations, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

**Customer Relations**: Handle customer complaints, conduct satisfaction surveys, and support customer retention initiatives.

**Solution-Oriented Approach**: Offer waste management solutions, including packaging and transport options, to customers.

**Sales Support**: Contact previous and current customers to introduce new programs and services.

**Documentation Management**: Provide completed service paperwork to Accounting for billing, including Requests for Service Forms, Purchase Orders, and Work Orders.

**Account Maintenance**: Review customer accounts annually, update pricing, services, and purchase orders.

**Compliance and Professionalism**: Adhere to all legal requirements and company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Maintain a courteous and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.

**Qualifications**:
Excellent customer service skills with a dedication to environmental stewardship.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Proficiency in using Material Tracking System (MTS), Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Knowledge of waste management regulations and procedures is an asset.

Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Previous experience in waste management an asset

Experience in customer service is preferred.
