**Job Summary**:
As the **Office Manager **at Gameday Men’s Health, you will play a key role in creating a positive and seamless experience for our patients. You are the first point of contact for individuals seeking care, and your ability to connect with people quickly, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and maintain a warm, welcoming environment will be critical to our success. You will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, answering patient queries, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and clinical team. Your role will also include client education, appointment follow-ups, and contributing to sales and marketing initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Marketing Support**: Engage with current and past patients through phone and text to inform them of new offers, promotions, and services to enhance their experience and drive clinic growth.
- **Team Coordination**: Act as the liaison with clinical staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient care.
- **Create a Positive Patient Experience**: Ensure patients feel heard, respected, and comfortable, maintaining a warm and welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to quality care.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with general office duties such as patient record management, billing, data entry, and maintaining an organized office environment.
