Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise office operations with a strong emphasis on cultural events, particularly those featuring traditional Nigerian talking drums.
- Coordinate bookings for culturally enriched events, live streaming, and studio facilities tailored to Nigerian traditional gatherings.
- Handle immigration matters related to staffing, ensuring compliance with Canadian immigration processes.
- Provide support for occasional travel and transportation needs.

**Requirements**:

- Driving license required for occasional travel and transportation needs.
- Applicants must reside in the Greater Toronto Area.
- Experience in traditional Nigerian talking drums (Dundun, Kalangu, Sakara, Bata, Oja) is essential.
- Table service experience will be advantageous.
- Food Safety Certification is required.
- ECOWAS passport is a requirement.
- Travel to the West African office may be frequent, and applicants with security concerns should not apply.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in office management or a similar role.
- Familiarity with the Canadian immigration process.
- Knowledge of African Artiste history and the entertainment landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
