**Office Manager/Bookkeeper**
Jamesbridge Tax Accountants is a boutique tax accounting firm located in The Kingsway neighborhood of Toronto, Ontario. **Responsibilities**:
- Charge customers, process payments and issue receipts for customer payments
- Manage relationships between our clients and our team
- Responsible for identifying and resolving engagement issues
- Prepare customer billings in QuickBooks and collect late receivables
- Handle all incoming Canada Revenue requests/audits
- Assist with data entry, bank reconciliations, HST, WSIB, T4 and income tax payments
- Review date input for accuracies
- Print tax returns
- Handle all incoming Canada Revenue requests/audits
- Year end business preparation
- Ensure the office is organized and running efficiently
- Manage office files and records, both physical and electronic
- Assist business owner with special projects
**Skills**:
- 2-3 years of experience as Bookkeeper, Administrative assistant, or Office manager
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Administration or Accounting is preferred but not necessary
- Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Profile, DT Max, excel, word & QuickBooks.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with mínimal supervision.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
