**Principle Responsibilities/Key Results Areas**:

- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and generate sales leads.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage the company's online presence, including website content, SEO optimization, and social media accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and support sales initiatives.
- Analyze marketing data (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, campaign performance) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Monitor and report on marketing metrics and KPIs to track progress towards goals and objectives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, tactics, and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the Renewable Energy sector is a plus.
