**Job Overview**

Our growing company is seeking to hire a sales manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our growing sales team. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. We’re looking for a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills, someone with a successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others. This role demands a leader who has a sharp mind and an ability to coach, advise, motivate sales representatives while building and maintaining a high-performance team. You must also practice what you preach.

**Duties And Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base.
- Lead sales efforts by personally engaging in selling activities, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with key accounts.
- Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Create and refine sales scripts and strategies to guide and enhance the performance of the sales team.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and implement improvements to optimize sales effectiveness and efficiency.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, provide constructive feedback, and motivate team members to achieve targets and KPIs.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and seminars to promote products/services and build networks.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Serve as a leader and role model within the sales team, inspiring a positive work environment, fostering teamwork, and driving continuous improvement.

**Requirements and skills.**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven track record as a successful Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate sales management.
- Dedicated to ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively across all organizational levels.
- Expertise in driving the sales process from planning through to closure.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Exceptional mentoring, coaching, and team management skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Highly effective leadership capabilities.
- Skilled in both oral and written communication.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve quotas.
- Experience in setting and achieving ambitious sales goals.
- Results-oriented mindset with robust analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.

**Job Details**
- Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
- Salary**:$75,000-$85,000 a year
- Hours: 40 per week.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Location: Mississauga (onsite)
- Commission, bonus, and recurring revenue from $25,000 - $200,000+
- + Salary

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
