**What You Will Do**

We are searching for a Rental Coordinator/Parts Specialist to greet our customers with an energetic and inviting attitude. This is a front line position and you are often the face of the dealership, as the first person customers come into contact with, so you must be professional at all times. In this position you will have the opportunity to present a positive initial meeting and greeting of customers both in person and phone. Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain outstanding phone etiquette is a must.

The Rental Associate position is a part of this role, the rental associate is responsible for coordinating, booking and billing of new and existing rental contracts. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service in helping our customers with their Rental Vehicles.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Promptly and warmly meet, greet and answer phone calls, directing the customer to the appropriate representative or department
- Provide administrative support to the parts department, as needed
- Receive and processes payments
- Operate our POS system and other required software
- Handle incoming phone and online inquiries about RV rentals
- Coordinate booking and billing of new and existing rental contracts
- General rental quotes and follow ups with prospective rental customers
- May cross train to perform other duties

Qualifications:

- Computer proficient
- Proven organizational, multi-tasking and time management abilities
- Strong customer service skills-friendly, positive and pleasant
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Cashier or other money handling experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

Licence/Certification:

- driving license (required)

Work Location: In person
