Nous cherchons un Souscripteur II, Assurance des entreprises, pour notre équipe grandissante

**Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous**:

- Évaluer et négocier sur les risques modérés à complexes.
- Appliquer des stratégies de tarification et de souscription efficaces conformément aux directives de la compagnie et aux limites des pouvoirs de souscription personnels.
- Au sein de votre niveau d'autorité, citer, négocier, vendre et autoriser l'acceptation de nouvelles affaires, de renouvellements et d'avenants modérés à complexes pour développer et conserver des affaires rentables conformément au plan d'affaires établi pour le département.
- Participer aux visites des courtiers, aux fonctions de l'industrie de l'assurance et aux événements de marketing à l'appui du développement des relations avec les courtiers.
- Organiser la réassurance, quand c'est nécessaire.
- Répondre aux demandes de renseignements, développer et surveiller les affaires avec les courtiers par le biais de visites, de discussions et de correspondance.
- Utiliser le système informatique pour les demandes de renseignements sur les polices, le dépôt électronique, la souscription et les opérations de tarification.
- Faire des recommandations pour améliorer le secteur et augmenter son efficacité.
- Favoriser les relations de coopération avec les courtiers pour identifier et développer les opportunités de vente.
- Certains déplacements sont nécessaires.

- Au moins 2 ans d’expérience pertinente
- Obtention du titre de CIP (ou la progression vers l'obtention) est un atout
- Solide expérience dans le développement, le mentorat et l'encadrement de coéquipiers
- Capacité à développer et à maintenir d'excellentes relations avec les courtiers
- Excellentes compétences en communication (écrit et verbal)
- Solides compétences en négociation et sens des affaires
- Solide expérience analytique et technique
- Initiative et capacité à travailler sous pression
- Bonne connaissance des produits Microsoft Office et des outils informatiques
- Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité d’avoir l’autorisation de travailler au Canada
