**What you’ll do**:

- Training administration. Create and maintain training schedules, handle registration and attendance, and implement feedback mechanisms to assess session effectiveness
- Production and co-facilitation support. Provide support for online or in-person learning opportunities
- Consultation and collaboration. Collaborating with other team members to consult and plan the development and delivery of ILT and VILT programming for employees
- Programming implementation and support. Provide support for the implementation of programming, either through direct facilitation or logístical support
- Stakeholder engagement. Participate in discussions with various stakeholders to define goals, objectives, and measures, with a focus on improving learning.
- Systems development and maintenance. Partner with L&D colleagues to develop and maintain systems and processes for ongoing maintenance of training records, measurement of success and identification of opportunities for L&D programming and initiatives
- Schedule coordination. Support, coordinate, and monitor the learning and development programming schedule, and collaborate with the L&D team to ensure timely execution of programs and logistics
- Data analysis and reporting. Extract, organize, and synthesize data, patterns, and trends to create informative reports, including analyses of registration trends, learner demographics, and success factors
- Communication. Market available development opportunities to employees. Respond to learning inquiries

**What you bring**:

- 2+ years proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar
- Hands-on experience coordinating training events in a corporate setting
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate) is an asset
- Exposure to learning design frameworks and models (ex. ADDIE) or a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques.
- MS Office proficiency
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Strong communications and organizational skills
