**Key Responsibilities**:
Identify opportunities for future programs and talent growth by supporting needs assessments on a regular basis
Research, evaluate, and curate a database of training and development courses
Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
Market available development opportunities to employees
Coordinate all logistics and resources for learning programs
Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
Respond to learning inquiries
Provide ongoing coordination support to special initiatives and projects
Generate relevant learning reports and dashboards

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies**:
Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar
Hands-on experience coordinating training events in a corporate setting
College Diploma/University Degree focusing on Education, Training, HR or related field
Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate) is an asset
Exposure to learning design frameworks and models (ex. ADDIE) or a willingness to learn
Experience with learning management systems and web delivery tools
Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
MS Office proficiency
Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
Strong communication skills
