Bilingual Administrative Event Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
1. Annual Planning: Coordinate and execute the annual planning of trade shows and events.
2. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence in both French and English.
3. Event Coordination: Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and on-site coordination to ensure successful events.
4. Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and event attendees, ensuring clear and effective communication in both French and English.
5. Industry Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform event planning strategies and initiatives.
6. Travel: Occasional travel may be required for event coordination and attendance. (5%)
7. Supply Management: Ensure office supplies are stocked and manage inventory levels, including occasional trips to pick up supplies as needed. A valid G license and reliable vehicle are mandatory.
Qualifications:
1. Post-secondary education is a requirement.
2. Proficiency in French and English, both written and verbal, is a requirement.
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and problem-solving abilities.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Valid G license and access to a reliable vehicle.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
