As Director of Growth Marketing, you will plan, execute, and manage growth marketing initiatives to strengthen the Explorance brand and reinforce its position as the global leader in feedback analytics.

Your north-star KPI will encompass both quality and quantity measured as contribution to the pipeline both from a new logo and an upsell motion. Reporting the CMO, you will be taking the lead and partnering with the marketing and brand team to execute on marketing campaigns at scale to drive SQLs and pipeline across three business units with key markets including North America, EMEA and APAC.

**In this role, you will**:

- Lead new bets for marketing programs and campaigns integrating thought leadership and high-quality content for new logo acquisition
- Partner with a range of cross-functional teams - content, digital marketing, product marketing, and product to not only increase our relevance, but also think outside the box to expand our SEO footprint with new types of landing pages and assets
- Develop a demand generation strategy to grow our pipeline
- Build campaigns that resonate with our target persona
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to turn messaging into narratives

**The skillset you will bring to the team**:

- 5+ years of B2B experience in growth marketing, product marketing in SaaS.
- 5+ years of SEO experience
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Hubspot (or other similar CRM and marketing automation tools)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills, with an ability to keeping multiple work streams and cross-functional partners and vendors in sync around timelines
- Strong ownership mindset to do whatever is needed to deliver the best marketing to our customers
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
