As Director of Marketing, you will lead and oversee marketing efforts, aligning them with organizational objectives to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and overall sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, analyze competitor activities, and understand customer preferences.

**Content Creation and Brand Management**
- Create visually appealing graphics and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite for various campaigns.
- Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and aligned with brand standards.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation.
- Monitor and engage with customer feedback across social media channels and online platforms, strengthening customer relationships and community engagement.

**Influencer and Partnership Management**
- Build and manage relationships with social media influencers and bloggers, coordinating partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage influencer campaigns, including product seeding, content creation, and performance tracking, to ensure effective and authentic promotion.

**Team Collaboration and Innovation**
- Lead brainstorming sessions and bring creative ideas to the table for marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Inspire and mentor the marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing and e-commerce, with a strong track record of successful campaigns.

**Skills**
- Strong skills in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Final Cut, and Canva.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and Social Media Advertising best practices.
- Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to interpret metrics and improve marketing strategies.
- Creative and innovative thinker with problem-solving abilities.

**Language Skills**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in **English and French**.

**Other Requirements**
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving work setting.
- Interest or experience in influencer marketing and brand partnerships.
