The Corix team has an opportunity for an **Manager, Customer Care & Billing** in Vancouver, BC with the ability to work remotely.

The Manager, Customer Care & Billing will be responsible for meter-to-cash operations and will oversee all associated activities and processes with the goal of timely and accurate billing and high customer satisfaction. They will be supported by a Customer Care & Billing Specialist.

**Major Accountabilities**:

- Manage and oversee day-to-day team operations for B2B billing, customer care, accounts receivable and collections in accordance with the relevant regulatory tariffs, contractual obligations, and company policies.
- Generate accurate monthly and ad hoc reports as required by Accounting, FP&A, Regulatory, senior

**General Responsibilities**:

- Develop, monitor, and continuously improve end-to-end processes that support company and departmental standards and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure employees receive appropriate training and other resources to perform their jobs and address disciplinary and/or performance problems according to company policy.
- Identify, monitor and report on team performance KPIs and inform management of trends by reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing special reports.
- Develop written training material for employees and provide training during regularly scheduled intervals.
- Provide continual evaluation of processes and procedures. Responsible for identifying and documenting best practices and suggesting methods to improve area operations, efficiency, and service to internal and external customers.

**Education & Experience**:

- Requires a minimum of 5 years’ billing and customer care experience. Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures related to customer service.
- 2 years of previous supervisory experience.
- Experience in regulated utility customer service work is highly desirable.

**Working Conditions**:

- Occasional travel may be required

**Starting Annual Salary Range** (Based on Education and Experience)**: $77,300.00 - $92,700.00 CAD
