We are seeking a highly motivated, self-motivated, and organized individual to join our team as a **Care Manager**. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company live peace 24/7 seniors care corp.. The Care Manager will also be responsible for the scheduling of the day to day activities for our clients.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of care and services provided to our clients.
- Ensure quality of care and services provided.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure that all client needs are met.
- Monitor staff member performance and provide feedback to staff regarding needs/issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in staff training sessions as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Director.

**Experience/Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in health care setting preferred.
- Previous experience in home health care or home health care agency preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels of society, government agencies, and organizations that impact the lives of individuals we serve.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment with mínimal supervision or supervision required.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast paced environment while being able to maintain confidentiality among all personnel involved in providing services to our clients.
- Have access to own car and well aware of Vancouver city

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Seasonal, Internship / Co-op
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Registered Nurse (RN) License (preferred)
