**Responsibilities**:

- **_ Oversee day-to-day operations: _**Ensure seamless functioning of all aspects of the fine dining restaurant, from kitchen operations to front-of-house service.
- **_ Oversee day-to-day operations:_** Ensure and uphold the restaurant's cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep, creating an inviting environment for guests.
- **_ Team development:_** Recruit, train, and cultivate a team of proficient servers, hosts, and bartenders, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- **_ Staff scheduling and task assignment: _**Efficiently schedule staff, assign duties, and provide ongoing guidance and support to ensure a harmonious workflow.
- **_ Customer service excellence: _**Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- **_ Guest interaction: _**Engage with guests, address concerns, and proactively ensure their needs are met, enhancing the overall dining experience.
- **_ Conflict resolution:_** Professionally and courteously handle guest inquiries/complaints, resolving issues to maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- **_ Administrative tasks: _**Manage inventory and ordering processes for supplies. Track and analyze sales, expenses, and other financial metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining establishment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering a memorable dining experience.
- Strong knowledge of wines, sake and private imports.
- Must be bilingual (English and French)

**Responsabilités**:

- **_ Superviser les opérations quotidiennes: _**_A_ssurer le bon fonctionnement de tous les aspects du restaurant gastronomique, depuis les opérations de cuisine jusqu'au service en salle.
