**About the Role**

**The role includes proficiency in**:
Organization, clear communication, high attention to detail, HR industry knowledge a bonus.

**Responsibilities** include:

- Manage the Manager’s calendar, including providing daily briefings, scheduling meetings, and preparing agendas;
- Assist in generating and preparing reports;
- Prepare and edit company and external communications;
- Conduct market research on current HR-related trends;
- Maintain several shared documents and lists;
- Work with various other departments to facilitate all HR-related inquires;
- Lead and/or support event management, including employee or charity events and conferences;
- Maintain the highest degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Completion of post-secondary education, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources;
- 2-3 years of administrative experience;
- High proficient in MS 365, Google Workspace, HRIS systems, payroll systems, current technological trends
- Extremely high degree of attention to detail;
- Extremely high level of organization;
- Utmost professionalism;
- Clear, concise, and articulate communication;
- HR industry knowledge and/or experience is a great asset;
- Self-motivated and a self-starter;
- Ability to analyze and think of creative solutions;
- Proactively anticipate HR Manager’s needs;
- Ability to handle sensitive information with complete discretion;
- Maturity, accountability with the ability to learn quickly.
