**HR Components**
- Job posting management (indeed, craigslist)
- Interview screening
- Employee onboarding
- Liaising with accounting and bookkeeping
- Employee documentation duties, including
- Onboarding/offboarding
- Employee data management & record keeping

**Administrative Components**
- Assist operations team with administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendar, etc.
- Simple bookkeeping duties, including inputting cheque deposits, filing receipts, assisting with AP & AR duties, bank deposits, etc.
- Maintaining and updating various databases
- Recording, editing, and archiving meeting note
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the Head Office including maintenance of offices, office equipment and telephones
- Document control and arch
- Feeding company dog and watering plants
- Requirements
- 1-2 Years’ experience in a similar role. Applicants with knowledge of the landscaping industry are considered an asset
- Fluent in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Basic bookkeeping skills and, or experience with Quickbooks/DEXT/Plooto
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must HIGHLY organized and self-driven
- Attention to detail a MUST
- Experience creating and sending invoices considered an asset
- Experience setting up office systems, HR systems, employee systems

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-32 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)
