Duties:
- answering customer inquiries and requests
- processing orders
- answering phones
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent and experience in the trades would be helpful
- Proven experience in order administration or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in using order management software and Google G Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
