Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff. This is a vital role in maintaining efficient office procedures and ensuring excellent customer service.

**Duties**:

- Answer and direct phone calls using our phone system
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
- Provide exceptional customer support and address inquiries or issues
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in office administration or a related role
- Proficient in using phone systems and demonstrating proper phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with front desk operations and providing exceptional customer service
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including typing, filing, and data entry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
