Front Desk Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities- Greet Clients and Direct Them to Contacts or Service Areas
- Provide Basic Information to Clients and the Public
- Obtain and Process Information Required to Provide Customer Service
- Operate Switchboard or Telephone System
- Order Office Supplies
- Record and Relay Information
- Schedule and Confirm Appointments
- Maintain Work Records and Logs
- Perform Clerical Duties, Such as Filing and Sorting and Distributing Mail
- Answer Telephone and Relay Telephone Calls and Messages
- Calculate Billing Charges
- Provide Directory Assistance
- Perform Data Entry
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
- Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
