**Position, Role, and Responsibilities**

The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for Material Procurement and Inventory Control at Eco Architectural Glass Inc. The Purchasing Coordinator will plan, direct, and schedule material procurement as requested by Project management, shipping and receiving, maintain control of the inventory stores and coordinate orders to negotiate favorable pricing. The Purchasing Coordinator will communicate regularly with the Project Director, Project Managers/Coordinators and the VP Business Development to provide the best possible benefits for Eco Architectural Glass Inc. These and other requirements are described in more detail below.

- VP Business Development
- Project Director

**Priorities**:
1. Material Procurement.

2. Scheduling Pickup and Delivery.

3. Stock/Inventory control.

**Material Procurement (1)**
- Writing purchase orders for materials requested by PMs, PCs, Management.
- Grouping and Negotiating orders to maximize benefits to the team.
- Maintain open communication with EAG Team and Vendors.
- Tracking orders.
- Arrange deliveries and pickups based on requirements of the EAG Team

**Pickup and Delivery (2)**
- Maintain driver schedule for item delivery
- Communicate with Shop Manager, Driver, Project Management for times/dates.
- Coordinate effective use of driver labour.

**Inventory Control (3)**
- Maintain required stock levels for materials in stores and in shop (communicated with Shop Manager)
- Negotiate and coordinate strategies for purchases of inventory items.
- Maintain control of inventory lock up including tool loans.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
