**Job Summary**:
Responsible for Materials and Information, between Production and AMO Stores. Deal directly with these departments to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of Spares and Materials to appropriate locations.

**Responsibilities**:
Perform parts ordering for current and upcoming service orders as required.
- Assist / Manage / Coordinate all incoming parts into AMO.
- Request PO’s from Purchasing
- Track delivery / schedule
- Coordinate with Diamond Manufacturing parts department as needed to create work orders for new components required from DAIC production facilities.
- Assist / Manage / Coordinate Return Parts to stores / inventory.
- Used parts from AMO Quarantine
- Un-used parts previously consumed on Service Orders (SO’s)
- Assist / Manage / Coordinate - AMO OSF Bins
- Consume to SO’s
- Ensure bins are full.
- Update required parts list as required.
- Assist / Manage / Coordinate - Composite materials used in AMO.
- Consume to SO’s
- Expedite Parts, as required, if Stores Staff unable to meet the demand
- Coordinate with the “Technical Documentation Coordinator” to ensure that the SO and required information is correct prior to “posting” so that invoicing is accurate.
- Misc hardware and consumable consumption
- Return parts removed from SO
- Fuel / TKS charges
- Coordinate with DAIC purchasing group to acquire parts required by AMO as needed.
- Follow up on DAIC POs through purchasing group.
- Assist as required to Post Service Orders and Invoices as required.
- Assist as required / Coordinate with “Warranty Administrator” (Customer Support) to ensure all required information is correct.
- Perform as a backup role to the “Tool coordinator” position for signing tools out/in within the tool room when that staff member is not available.
- Perform as a backup role to the “Tool coordinator” position for processing unserviceable parts into AMO quarantine location when that staff member is not available.
- Assist with developing SOP’s for AMO materials processes and the use of Navision (and Business Central following transition)
- Assist with the transition from Navision to Business Central as needed.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Experience with Navision is an asset.
- Experience with Microsoft office an asset
- Experience with expediting and coordinating materials.
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude

**Working Relationships**:

- DAIC Materials and Parts - Coordinate timely and Accurate Delivery when needed.
- AMO and Production - Closely communicate needs.
- Supervisors, Team Leads - Communication of priorities.
- AMO shop floor staff - Communication of needs and priorities
- Tool Coordinator - Communication of support needs

**Educational or Academic Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent

**Working Conditions**:
