We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations and clinical programming of our psychology clinic. This role requires a strong background in healthcare management with experience in acute care or similar settings. As Clinic Manager, you will ensure the seamless delivery of administrative and clinical services, providing leadership to a multidisciplinary team. You will foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that prioritizes client care and staff development. This includes driving innovation in program development, implementing clinical best practices, and leading quality improvement initiatives to enhance client outcomes and satisfaction. In addition to managing budgets and resources, you will lead critical projects focused on improving the client experience, ensuring excellence in every aspect of our clinical pathways. **Responsibilities**

Financial Management
- Assist with annual budget preparation, including clinic capacity, staffing, and operational costs
- Monitor financial performance, analyze budget variances, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Oversee billing processes and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Review and approve invoices, spending, and vendor contracts
- Conduct financial analysis and audits as needed

People Leadership
- Recruit, orient, and train new employees
- Oversee performance management, reviews, and progressive discipline
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution for staff

Operations Management
- Ensure productivity and compliance with performance metrics and contractual obligations
- Optimize clinic scheduling to maximize capacity and resource utilization
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency
- Address client concerns and manage incident reporting
- Communicate and implement strategic initiatives

Clinical Quality
- Ensure high standards in service delivery and clinical outcomes
- Develop and enforce clinical and operational policies
- Monitor and analyze performance data to drive improvements
- Achieve positive client satisfaction and engagement results

**Qualifications**

Experience
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a healthcare setting in a clinical or management role
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
- Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary teams and driving operational improvements.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Kinesiology, or a related field (required)
- Additional certifications in healthcare management or leadership are an asset

Skills and Competencies
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in financial management and operational planning
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, best practices, and quality assurance standards

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Weekends as needed
