About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team at Manor Clinic. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day finances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and process cheques for payroll, as well as calculate fixed assets and depreciation.
  • Reconcile accounts regularly to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial information to support business decision-making.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
