Medical Clinic Billing Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- **TELUS CHR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:
- Overseeing the billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant healthcare regulations.
- Utilizing Telus CHR (Client Health Record) for efficient management of patient data and billing information.
- Collaborating with the administrative team to streamline billing procedures and optimize financial workflows.
- Providing guidance and support to staff on billing-related inquiries and issues.
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive financial information.
- Conducting regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Working closely with the Intake Coordinator team to ensure timely and accurate billing for patient services.
- Participating in training sessions and staying updated on the latest developments in medical billing practices.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Medical Clinic Billing Manager.
- Mandatory experience with Telus CHR (Client Health Record).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in billing procedures.
- Strong understanding of medical billing regulations and coding systems.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Previous experience in a clinic or hospital setting is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Highly professional, engaged, and self-motivated team player with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to actively participate in, promote, and lead changes in billing processes.
