**Responsibilities**:
- Manage employee records and ensure accuracy of information.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures.
- Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding processes.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, vacation time, etc.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $48,000.00 per year
