**SUMMARY OF POSITION**

You will be working in our office to support our sales team in completing customer orders by processing, invoicing and shipping wireless solutions across the country. On a day to day, you will deal with customer orders, solve issues relating to processing orders, gather inventory, and process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. You will work closely with the processing and sales team to ensure that customers are receiving best-in-class service and continue to have confidence in Imagine Wireless as a wireless provider.

- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills complemented by keen strategic problem solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong technical aptitude (capacity to learn new systems) and have a passion for technology.
- Basic knowledge of the Rogers suite of products and services; telecommunications experience is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to completing tasks with accuracy and precision.
- Dedicated to providing customers with outstanding service, take pride in your work, and go the extra mile to ensure for a quality result.
- Above all, you are driven, goal orientated and organized

**KEY JOB FUNCTIONS**
- Process customer orders through the Rogers systems ensuring accuracy and precision when dealing with a customer account.
- Invoice and ship customer orders in a timely manner to ensure the customer receives their order within 2-3 business days.
- Develop and maintain an expert knowledge level of Rogers products, services, promotions, and policies.
- Maintain a maximum 24-hour turnaround time for all RPP customer requests during regular business hours.
- Utilize internal systems and programs (e.g. SSP, Formstack, Wyrkflow, RQ4) to effectively manage order details and efficiency.
- Pull new customer orders on a day-to-day basis while gathering inventory to match each order
- Contact customers when needed to gather the information needed to complete an order..
