Manager, HRC, Correspondent Banking

**What is the opportunity?**

RBC is hiring for the role of Manager, High Risk Client Management, Correspondent Banking. As part of the continued evolution of RBC Financial Crimes' Correspondent Banking Program, this role will be responsible for conducting EDD on Correspondent Bank, Credit Union, Broker Dealer, and certain other NBFI client relationships globally.

**What will you do?**
- Independently conduct timely, high quality EDD risk assessments of RBC's correspondent banking clients globally to assess their AML risks;
- Collaborate with business units and other EDD partners globally to maintain common and consistent standards for assessing client risk and sharing of best practices;
- Identify opportunities to further enhance the program and assist in implementing solutions

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**:

- 3+ years of experience in Financial Crimes, AML/Fraud knowledge to prevent the use of RBC’s financial services for money laundering and terrorist financing
- University degree or College diploma/certificate in a related field
- Demonstrated knowledge of or experience in High Risk Clients/EDD investigations/AML investigations
- Demonstrated strong written and oral communications skills
- Knowledge of AML compliance requirements and regulations for Canada, US, Caribbean, and other jurisdictions where RBC operates.

**Nice-to-have**
- Knowledge and experience to seamlessly provide operational capacity support to other HRC teams where needed (or the ability to develop that skillset quickly)
- Working knowledge of Enterprise AML Client Risk Management Policy, and Control Standards, particularly as it relates to Correspondent Banking relationships
- Working knowledge of bank-to-bank SWIFT payments and RBC's products & services for Correspondent Banking clients
