Summary_

Provide high-level administrative support to the Investment Banking team members. The Assistant will be responsible for performing an array of administrative functions requiring confidentiality, initiative and sound decision making. The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism is crucial to this role. You will need to adapt procedures, processes, and techniques to the completion of assignments and in line with the department’s activities and goals.
- Essential Duties & Responsibilities _
- Maintain calendars, schedule appointments and meetings, prepare agendas and materials, make technical arrangements for meetings, make travel arrangements and dining reservations
- Contribute to the client and internal event planning
- Prepare and process incoming and outgoing mail
- Prepare monthly expense reports and other monthly reporting duties
- Greet clients, handle their inquiries, provide information to callers and/or visitors/guests, research questions
- Act as liaison between Executive Assistants and banking team members for meetings, events, departmental information
- Qualifications_

A high regard for detail and accuracy are essential. The role is challenging and fast-paced. It requires dedication, passion for the industry, and a solid work ethic.
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ work experience in an Administrative Assistant role in investment banking or management consulting
- Strong working experience in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word, Zoom
- Knowledge of general office procedures (e.g. filing, correspondence, scheduling, expenses, calendar)
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Committed to providing excellent customer service
- Adaptable team player
- High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information
- Ability to work under a high pressure and time sensitive environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Organization and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
