**Job Title: HR Director (Telecommunications)**

As the HR Director, you will have the opportunity to lead the HR function and drive impactful initiatives within the telecommunications sector. Working closely with senior leadership, you will develop and implement strategic HR programs that support organizational goals and foster a positive work culture. This role will be instrumental in attracting and retaining top talent, driving employee engagement, and championing diversity and inclusion efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding activities.
- Oversee performance management processes to drive accountability and employee development.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a culture of belonging and equal opportunity.
- Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees on various HR matters.
- Lead compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support organizational change initiatives and strategic projects.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and HR best practices to drive continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives.
- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
