Manage the full payroll cycle for all the locations,including processing payrolls in a timely manner, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with all payroll-related regulations and general ledger entries and ensuring no off-cycles unless required
- Process ROE, Year Ends, T4s and T2200 and any other Year End Related Documentation
- Administration of employee benefits, including creating and terminating, managing employee benefit plans, maintaining records, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Quarterly payroll, RRSP, vacations and benefits audit
- Manage recruitment and hiring processes, including creating job descriptions, posting job openings, screening resumes, setting up interviews and assisting with interviews as needed.
- Efficiently managing on-boarding and off-boarding of employees including sending offer letter, login credentials for smoother on-boarding and off-boarding process
- Create wage increase,promotional, reprimand and termination letters in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including employee files and attendance records.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Employment Standards Act, the Human Rights Act, and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Help HR & Payroll Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the company's mission and values.
- Coordinate and administer various HR programs and initiatives
- Assist with training development and delivery to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Utilize HRIS systems such as ADP, Dayforce and Bamboo HR to manage employee data and generate reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and projects
- Maintain knowledge of current HR trends, laws, and regulations
- Any other tasks, duties or projects that are assigned by supervisors.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Previous experience in an HR role or related field
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ADP and Dayforce through Ceridian is an asset
