**What You Will Do**

As a Salesforce Analyst, you will play a vital role in the development, maintenance, and support of our Salesforce platform. You will work closely with Salesforce administrators, internal IS partners and external implementation partners to ensure the effective operation and development of the platform and provide assistance to users across the organization.

**Product Development (50%)**
- Under supervision of senior project resources, you will support the planning, development, and implementation of custom and scalable solutions that best use the Salesforce platform and products
- Collaborate with functional departments to understand their needs and desired features, analyze requirements, and develop and implement customized solutions to enhance their productivity and effectiveness
- Keep up-to-date with new Salesforce features, releases, and best practices, and evaluating their potential benefits and impact on the organization's operations

**Data Integrity and Management (30%)**
- Develop reports, dashboards, workflows, and processes to continuously provide oversight on data quality and integrity
- Define and implement continuous data quality improvements (policy, procedures, processes, audits)
- Maintain data quality supporting efforts including data loading, record de-duplication, and related tasks

**User Support & Operations (20%)**
- In conjunction with the team, review and action Service Desk requests, incidents and problem resolution
- Manage and coordinate urgent and complicated support issues and act as an escalation point for requests and incidents
- Provide first-level support, including issue identification and resolution/escalation for bug fixes, and “how-to” assistance
- Proactively seek out and implement process/workflow improvements to increase efficiency, mitigate risk, and increase the level of service provided to stakeholders
- Define and maintain process and procedure documentation
- User Acceptance Testing as required

**What You Bring**
- Undergraduate degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Commerce or related field
- 3+ years experience with Salesforce
- Knowledge of Salesforce administration/customization including but not limited to permission sets, workflows/approvals, reporting, dashboards, declarative automation tools
- Strong technical/computer skills with advanced knowledge of Excel, and proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI
- You are a critical thinker with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and summarize effectively
- Strong analyzing skills to identify end-user problems by type and severity for problem determination and resolution
- Ability to deal with all situations and portray a positive end-user service attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills by demonstrating outstanding ability to quickly establish rapport with end-users
- Ability to work under pressure and assess workload to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, including full incident documentation and completion
