PhotoboothTO, a leading photo booth rental company based in Toronto, is on the hunt for a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Relations / Customer Outreach Specialist to join our vibrant team. Your Mission:
As our Client Relations / Customer Outreach Specialist, your primary mission is to be the heartbeat of our client engagement strategy. You will be instrumental in managing and nurturing our existing relationships, rekindling old connections, and sparking new ones with event planners, venues, and other event service providers. Your efforts will ensure PhotoboothTO remains top of mind and our clients' first choice for photo booth rentals.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Regularly engage with past clients to check in on their future needs and maintain a warm relationship.
- **Outreach and Networking**: Proactively reach out to event planners, venues, and other event companies to introduce PhotoboothTO's offerings and explore partnership opportunities.
- **Lead Re-engagement**: Identify and reconnect with past inquiries and leads that didn't convert, understanding their current needs and how we can serve them better.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts with broader business goals.
- **Feedback Collection**: Act as a liaison to gather client feedback on their experiences, funneling insights back to the team to help refine our services and customer journey.
- **Event Participation**: Represent PhotoboothTO at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to build brand awareness and cultivate relationships.
- **Business Development**: The ability to identify new opportunities.

Who You Are:

- A people person with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in a client-facing role, with a flair for building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a knack for taking initiative and working independently.
- Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the events industry in Toronto is a plus.
- Comfortable with CRM software and digital communication tools.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in client relations, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the events or hospitality industry.
- Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Ability to travel within the Toronto area for meetings and events.
