Bell’s forward-thinking Customer Operations team is creating the ultimate service experience for our residential, wireless and small business consumers. We lead strategic development and execution of day-to-day operations, develop tools and processes to drive service enhancements, manage customer loyalty and retention, and leverage big data and artificial intelligence to create intellectual property.

**Summary**:
The Data Science Team within Customer Operations is at the forefront of innovation. Our goal is to leverage the power of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to provide the best service for our customers while accelerating our product roadmaps. The work we do is critical in ensuring that Bell remains the best telecommunications provider in Canada.

As the product team focused on Digital and Marketing, we manage ML products that help serve our customers better with their experience and with inbound and outbound communication. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, activities will include product management of one or more of our AI/ML product lines, which will include product lifecycle management, use case development, business adoption, competitive benchmarking and analysis, and business planning activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams & industry leading partners to build and launch new innovative products
- Full lifecycle support of products including ideation, coordination, business adoption, performance monitoring and iteration
- Pitching innovative solutions and recommendations in concise and compelling presentations to senior executives
- Leading use case discovery with business partners and coordinating into a concise roadmap to be executed on with business and technical teams
- Creating business cases for pursuing product initiatives; performing deep analysis to uncover obstacles and opportunities
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Combining your creativity with sound data analysis to design the optimal experience
- Influencing partner teams on the right direction to take and working closely with partners to ensure proper prioritization of activities as they relate back to business objectives
- Maintaining visibility to new and emerging technologies and trends that may inform roadmaps
- Contributing to a growing Agile team and being part of a program that emphasizes team building, collaboration and continuous improvement

**Critical Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or equivalent
- 2+ years of end-to-end product management experience with knowledge across planning, development, measurement and quality processes.
- Self-motivated, action-oriented and demonstrated ability to deliver results
- Strong problem solving skills and able to develop an approach to decision making
- Advanced capability to query, analyze, and visualize data; Familiarity with Python or any simple scripting language would be an asset
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with mínimal direction
- Excellent communication skills; clear and concise verbal and written communication style, able to effectively communicate, influence and present at all levels
- Proven ability to learn and understand new technologies; comfortable with technical discussions
- Familiarity with AI/ML and/or Statistics fundamentals considered an asset
- Product management skills and experience considered an asset
- Team oriented and possessing excellent leadership skills
- Working knowledge of Agile - Confluence, JIRA
