REPORTS TO: Operations Controller
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Accounts Payable
- Review, process and post vendor invoices;
- Process expense reports for employees and drivers;
- Vendor documents filing;
Accounts Receivable
- Process customer billing with a 48-hour turnaround;
- Process monthly storage billing;
- Upload invoices to customer portals, where applicable;
- Daily dispatch system integration to Microsoft Dynamics GP;
- Customer documents filing;
Payroll
- Assist with payroll related French language matters (employee concerns, Revenue Quebec, CNESST, etc.)
Other
- Assist with French language communications when needed (Revenue Quebec, taxation and payroll matters, vendors and customer transactions)
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in French language oral and written communication - _please indicate how you learned French._
- Post-secondary education in accounting from an Ontario college or university.
- 2 years employment experience in a bilingual accounting role.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6-12 months
**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year
