**Responsibilities**
- Work with the Director of Sales Canada to submit competitive responses to RFx.
- Responsible for fulfilling quoting and general pricing requests, as required by the Canadian Sales team for customer accounts. Build and maintain a strong Contracts Repository.
- Work with Canadian Marketing, Regulatory and Operations teams to confirm product orderability, availability and respective pricing.
- Collaborate with Customer Service teams to review and validate customer purchase orders for processing. Prepare sample distribution to key customers.
- Manage contract expiration pipeline, including reporting on quarterly outlook, expiration dates and renewals, in preparation for Contract Managers’ review and execution. Prepare data needed to complete key customer business reviews.
- Manage daily bid scoping on all Canadian public tendering platforms (Biddingo, Merx, SEAO, etc.).
- Source information and manage internal data systems and calculate and complete customer rebates. Work closely with distribution counterparts on projects, including ASP and other key business trends.
- Provide logístical support of contracts, bids, and sample request as requested by Sales Leadership and commercial team.
- Provide timely, thorough general administrative support as needed in day-to-day business, including fielding questions from customers, sales team and buying groups.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Very Strong attention to detail, organizational and effective time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple critical tasks simultaneously
- Effective, clear communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Process-oriented, and demonstrates a sense of urgency and efficiency in completing deliverables
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft excel.
- Cross-functional mindset, with the ability to work with various internal departments and teams daily
- Solutions-driven mindset, with a proven ability to follow corporate directives while contributing to process improvements as needed
- Demonstrates strong logical business acumen and critical thinking skills
- Bilingual (English / French) is an asset
**Education**
- Successful completion of a post-secondary degree or proven equivalent work experience and knowledge.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $72,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
