The Global Talent, Learning & Development (TL&D) Team provides support to Computershare globally, providing services across learning and development, diversity and inclusion and talent and performance management. As part of the Global TL&D team, the Global Operational and Technical Training Team partner with the business to successfully deliver learning and performance solutions across new hires, upskilling and key project work. The Learning Project Manager will lead and implement the design, development, deployment, and evaluation of learning and performance solutions for the global business unit(s) they are supporting.

The role holder will manage multiple projects, working collaboratively with business stakeholders and the broader Operational & Technical Training team, to guide and direct delivery resources and play an active role in coaching the Operational & Technical Training Team Learning Consultants through the 4 core work processes; Learning Needs Analysis, Design, Delivery and Evaluation.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Follow the global Learning Needs Analysis process and templates
- Produce high quality learning proposals that provide stakeholders with learning and performance support recommendations that are innovative, cost-effective and maximize performance of their teams.
- Clarify and agree with stakeholder the timelines and metrics that will be used to measure the success of the performance solution.
- Lead the design and maintenance of the performance support solution.
- Facilitate in-class or virtual workshops for the Operational and Technical Training Team and when required the TL&D team.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the performance support solution
- Solicit timely feedback from participants and stakeholder; document and report the feedback using the global document templates.
- Coach and work with the Learning Consultants on the needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation of the performance support solution.
- Keep up-to-date with the global standards
- Share with the greater Operational and Technical training team members, applicable learnings and updates from industry sources.
- Keep on top of updates and communications from the Business Unit(s) they are supporting and engage with the Learning Consultants as applicable.
- Identify opportunities to improve Learning Consultants’ performance
- Report on Learning Consultant’s deliverables, accomplishments and opportunities

**What will you bring to the role?**

**Essential**
- 1 - 3 years project management experience
- 5 - 7 years relevant experience in a Learning and Development role.

**Desirable**
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
- ATD (Association for Talent Development or CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development)
- ALFA (Action Learning Facilitation Award), Cert IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent.
