**Your missions**:

- Collect business requirements, transform them into projects and lead development from project start-up to product delivery.
- Assist in defining project objectives and scope, soliciting relevant functional and technical stakeholders.
- Create and maintain dashboards, plans and documents to support project efforts, communicate status and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Schedule and facilitate various meetings throughout the project, define priority items and optimally address challenges while respecting deadlines.
- Improve processes, optimize the ratio of work time to effective work and the use of project management tools.
- Manage and report on continuous progress.
- Track, analyze and communicate project risks and challenges.

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT project management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Advanced organizational skills and excellent analytical skills.
- Adaptability to all types of stakeholders
- Ability to manage and resolve conflict situations
- Operational knowledge of project and task management tools (MS Project / Jira / etc.)
- Curiosity and proactivity.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment.
- PMP certification an asset.
