**The job holder will report to the I&D Head Program Management, and the role will have two main objectives**:

- To project manage a number of software projects, from inception through to handover to business, ensuring the delivery of specified products and services within agreed time, quality and cost parameters.
- To develop, streamline, and nurture key relationships with project stakeholders, encouraging a future-orientation and championing the values of the organisation.

**What your day would be like**:

- Develop comprehensive project plans that define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Identify and allocate resources required for project execution.
- Create a risk management plan and mitigation strategies.
- Build and lead a cross-functional project team.
- Motivate and guide team members to achieve project goals.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
- Establish and maintain communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
- Address and resolve issues or concerns raised by stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project budgets.
- Monitor and control project expenses to ensure they align with the approved budget.
- Define and implement quality standards for project deliverables.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Conduct a project review upon completion to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Document and share insights to enhance future project management practices.

**We would love to hear from you if you have**:

- Master's degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Software Delivery, etc.).
- 10 years Proven experience as a Software Project Manager, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget base on Software Project Delivery Lifecycle
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications are often preferred.
- Knowledge about the Atlasian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with Atlassian project management tools
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
