Job Purpose:
We are looking for a Project manager with experience in E-learning/managing localization projects

A Project Manager at RWS manages projects delivery in line with client agreement - on time, in the required quality, within budget and with appropriate client treatment and responsiveness.

The Strategic Solutions Group, part of RWS’s Language Services division, works closely with major accounts and clients of all sizes who are going global with specialized localization services. These services cover the entire localization spectrum, from translating content, media, and audio to creating engaging eLearning programs and transcribing highly impactful marketing campaigns. The SSG works closely with RWS’s Language eXperience Delivery (LXD) platform, which includes 2,000 in-house linguists, and a network of more than 29,000 translators, who use RWS’s proprietary machine translation, AI, and translation productivity tools, to deliver a 24/7 service to clients

Chez RWS, un gestionnaire de projet gère la livraison des projets conformément à l’entente avec le client, en respectant les critères de délais, de qualité et de budget requis et les critères de traitement du client et de réactivité adéquats.

Le Groupe des solutions stratégiques, qui fait partie de la division des services linguistiques de RWS, travaille en étroite collaboration avec les principaux comptes et clients de toutes tailles qui se lancent sur le marché mondial grâce à des services de localisation spécialisés. Ces services couvrent l’ensemble du spectre de la localisation, de la traduction de contenu écrit, média et audio à la création de programmes d’apprentissage en ligne attrayants et à la transcription de campagnes de marketing très percutantes. Le SSG collabore étroitement avec la plateforme Language eXperience Delivery (LXD) de RWS, qui comprend 2 000 linguistes internes et un réseau de plus de 29 000 traducteurs qui utilisent les outils de traduction automatique, d’intelligence artificielle et de productivité de traduction exclusifs à RWS, pour offrir un service 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7 aux clients.

Job Overview:
**Key Responsibilities**- Manage client requirements, needs and requests such as asset management, reporting and meetings
- Serve as a primary point of contact to client. Act as backup to Senior Project Manager as needed
- Lead presentations educating clients about particular projects, project types
- Identify, communicate, and manage production risks as appropriate to eliminate potential pitfalls or obstacles
- Engage in quotation preparation including complex and strategic requests
- Ensure ISO requirements are being met
- Launch and coordinate standard and complex projects which includes functions such as negotiating budgets, scheduling, resource allocation and work assignments
- Collaborate with the Vendor Relations team to negotiate competitive rates
- Support team members as necessary to perform and complete daily project tasks
- Make recommendations for process improvements to have a positive impact on profitability and/or quality
- Mentor staff
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team to hire new team members where necessary
- Set specific and measurable goals for direct reports and ensure their measurement and review

**Skills & Experience**
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience coordinating projects within the localization or translation industry
- Successful customer service/account management experience, generally a minimum of two years
- Good written/verbal skills in English for internal and external communication and meeting purpose
- Team player, willing to be devoted into the team building
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Proactive approach
- Analytical and structured problem solving
- Ability to keep calm in a pressured environment
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to priorities
- Ability to carry out assigned tasks with a high degree of independence and ownership
- Ambitious, with a desire to learn and progress
