**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience working in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Planning and organization skills are a must have.
- Quick learner, able to learn many new tasks in a short time period.
- Excellent use of oral and written language.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work with direction and individually.
- Able to multitask and prioritize a changing list of jobs throughout the day and identify jobs that can be done.
- Be flexible and adaptable to have many roles throughout the day.
**Responsibilities**
- Data entry of work orders when given information to input.
- Print and file invoices, matching invoices to the statement.
- Maintaining a tidy and organized showroom, ensuring that flooring samples are cleaned and put away, cleaning products and take-home samples are stocked, and the space is generally in order.
- Act as a point of contact for customers entering the store, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Direct phone calls, respond to inquires, and direct customers to sections of the showroom when necessary.
- Assist with day-to-day business operations.
