**Job Description**:
The mission of the Business Process Improvement (BPI) department is to support the multiple optimization and transformation projects of the different business entities at UAP. To this end, the department works as much in process reengineering mode as in optimization, automation, and technology projects. In this context and under the supervision of the Director, you will join a team of 3 people and will have to manage improvement projects under your direction from A to Z. This will involve conducting interviews with users, preparing and planning the project, and writing processes.

You will also participate in the development and execution of integrated test plans when modifying systems as well as user training when deploying new processes. Finally, you will have to document corporate policies and procedures (including internal controls).

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in administration, accounting, operations management, logistics or other related field;
- Approximately 7-10 years of relevant experience, ideally 1-3 years of which should be in the context of process re-engineering, automation, or continuous improvement projects,
- Skills and experience in process evaluation, documentation, impact analysis etc.;
- Good knowledge of a project methodology (important asset);
- Ability/experience to understand accounting and internal controls (important asset);
- Knowledge of an integrated financial system;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office;
- Six Sigma certification (asset),
- Oral and written bilingualism.
