We are currently looking for two Interns for the Employee Experience area.

The profiles we are looking for are finissants.es people who are allumés.es, who have interpersonal skills with a spirit of initiative to come and help us in the execution of the sector's strategic plan.

Come help us automate, simplify and improve our processes to propel well-being into transformation and operational efficiency.

Reporting to a Senior Director of Analytics, interns will be primarily responsible for:

- Contribute to an initiative to simplify, digitize and automate the Employee Experience Offer, in particular by:

- Facilitate meetings to identify opportunities for improvement with employees in the Employee Experience sector, users of their solutions or owners of practices in the areas of the sector, i.e. HR, Legal Affairs, Procurement, Communications and ESG
- Document improvement projects
- Contribute to the clarification of the approach and tools for simplifying, automating and digitizing the sector's processes
- Coordinate activities related to the evolution of the EE sector
- Work as a team with a multi-disciplinary group in process improvement, technology, change management and analytics/AI

**Profile**
- University student (or even graduating) in a field related to Human Resources or Industrial Psychology or related field

OR
- Master's or Ph.D. student in Industrial-Organizational Psychology (M.Ps. or Ph.D.)
- Excellente connaissance de la Suite Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Excel, Teams, Share Point
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Attention to detail and ability to produce quality documentation

Finally, here are some specific conditions related to this position:

- Temporary position 3-4 months with possibility of conversion to permanent employment - Schedule 5 days a week
