**JOB DESCRIPTION**: Continuous Improvement Process Specialist

As our Continuous Improvement Process Specialist, you will have a huge role in understanding how and why the business operates the way it does today, where the business wants to be, then be instrumental in creating the road map of how to get there. Your focus will be on our Order Management team as this is a crucial step to the beginning of our process. You will be a key member of the Order Management team and regularly collaborate with the Technical Leader, the Process Specialist, the COO, and employees at all levels to help define the department’s goals and objectives and recommend actions to improve the process and performance. You must know each step of our order entry process to be able to advise and propose best practices. The Continuous Improvement Specialist will participate in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of the department’s performance.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for bringing continuous improvement processes to the business, coaching various stakeholders through the process.
- Key technical leader for improvement opportunities. Working with the Order Management team to support analyzing data, change management, project management and project implementation
- Understand the complete product lifecycle
- Ensure the systematic roll-out of improvement initiatives
- Supporting all efforts to build on the existing improvements and work with cross-functional teams to initiate and deliver new improvement initiatives
- Be an active guide and coach to the Order Management team, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
- Understand the order entry process and implement best practices to this process
- Participate in the documentation, training of stakeholders and implementation of business process improvements

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering specializing in continuous improvement or other relevant training.
- You have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- You have experience in project management and Problem-Solving
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Collaboration and team spirit
- Rigorous and organized
- You have knowledge of process Improvement and Lean Six Sigma tools (an asset)

En tant que spécialiste des processus d'amélioration continue, vous aurez un rôle important à jouer pour comprendre comment et pourquoi l'entreprise fonctionne comme elle le fait aujourd'hui, où l'entreprise veut aller, puis vous contribuerez à créer la feuille de route pour y parvenir. Vous vous concentrerez sur notre équipe de gestion des commandes, car il s'agit d'une étape cruciale au début de notre processus. Vous serez un membre clé de l'équipe de gestion des commandes et collaborerez régulièrement avec le chef technique, le spécialiste des processus, le chef d'exploitation et les employés à tous les niveaux pour aider à définir les buts et les objectifs du département et recommander des actions pour améliorer le processus et les performances. Vous devez connaître chaque étape de notre processus de saisie des commandes pour être en mesure de conseiller et de proposer les meilleures pratiques.
