**Role Summary**:
The role involves overseeing the efficient allocation of resources to achieve maintenance plan goals. Key responsibilities include managing the life cycle of work orders, collaborating with the team on scoping and prioritization to ensuring the quality of work order details, issuing orders, and effectively following up for closure. The effective reporting on the Preventative
Maintenance Health metrics and issuing back logs and priorities. Additionally, the role encompasses the procurement of all necessary spare parts to facilitate the maintenance team's effective work and support corrective actions.

**Accountabilities**:

- Implements stock-keeping processes to meet control and accuracy targets.
- Manages spare parts stock rotation, recording cycles, and ensuring clear allocation of consumption. The management of stock-outs, warehousing, obsolescence, cycle counts and inventory.
- Generates and issues daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance plans, including overhaul plans.
- Communicate relevant information on maintenance planning to teams such as maintenance, packaging, and B&P.
- Ensures adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) as well as Quality considerations in each work order.
- Efficiently manage maintenance backlog, scheduling backlog work orders into maintenance plans.
- Ensures timely generation and issuance of agreed maintenance reports for reviews.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education preferably in maintenance/inventory analysis or a related field.
- 3 years of experience within a production/manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in overseeing purchase requests, purchase orders, and goods receipt procedures.
- Consumer Goods manufacturing experience. Preferably within Food and Beverage industry.
- Central stores, parts allocation experience
- Results driven, self-starter with an innovative mindset.
- Demonstrated planning, and time management skills.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
